Apartment/Cabin Rentals range from $900-$1495 depending on the unit. 

No two units are the same.

We do 1 year leases.

Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash and Internet are included in rent

Can I have a Pet?

Dogs and Cats are allowed.

Pet Fee:

$300 for the first pet and $70 for each additional pet.

One time Fee.

Boarding Fees

Boarders Only: $175-$200

ALL Boarding is Self Care unless other arrangements are made with TFT

Have use of arena, round pen, and pasture riding.
