The Barn Apartments
We have three apartments. 1- One bedroom/ one bath and 2- Two bedroom/ one bath. Utilities are included in the rent along with Fiber Optic internet.
The Cabins and Studio
Each Cabin is unique and Studio is in the barn
The cabins vary in square footage and layout. All utilities are included along with Fiber Optic internet. One horse pen is included in the rent.

Rent
Apartment/Cabin Rentals range from $700-$1300 depending on the unit.
No two units are the same.
We do 1 year leases.
Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash and Internet are included in rent
Can I have a Pet?
Dogs and Cats are allowed.
Pet Fee:
$300 for the first pet and $70 for each additional pet.
One time Fee.
Boarding Fees
Horse Boarding:
TFT Tenant:
$85/ horse
Boarders Only: $100-$125
ALL Boarding is Self Care unless other arrangements are made with TFT
Have use of arena, round pen, and pasture riding.
